State Of The Union On TV: Networks Announce Coverage Plans

President Obama will deliver the State of the Union address at 9 p.m. on Tuesday.

The economy and gun control, to no surprise, will reportedly be two major themes in the president's speech. Obama is also expected to announce that 34,000 American troops, or about half the U.S. forces, will return from Afghanistan within the next year.

All the broadcast and cable news networks will be live with Obama's speech at 9 p.m., which will be followed by Senator Marco Rubio delivering the Republican response. Below, see what the networks have planned for Tuesday night's coverage.
