Neil Gaiman has yet another new book coming out this year. Fortunately, The Milk comes out in September and is aimed at children aged 8 and up, an audience between that of Chu's Day (published in January this year) and The Ocean at the End of the Lane, a fiction book aimed at an adult audience, published in June. A graduation speech he gave last year has also been turned into a book, published in May.
Couple that with a new version of American Gods, along with scripts for an HBO adaptation, plus Doctor Who scripts, a special series of stories for Blackberry and new cult Sandman comics, not to mention his appearances in live shows along with his wife, Amanda Palmer, and it's a busy year for the British expat writer - plus a potentially expensive one for completist fans.
Gaiman first revealed the cover of his new book, "the silliest book I have ever written", on his blog. See it below!
