London chef Nigella Lawson hosted the Nigellissima Dinner at the W Hotel in South Beach Friday to promote her new cookbook of Italian-inspired recipes of the same name.
Andrew Carmelini of The Dutch assisted in the sit-down dinner served on the deck at The W as part of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
On the menu was blue crab, sheep's milk ricotta, littleneck clams, and vegetable antipasto. Mains included pasta with zucchini, pasta with lamb ragu, grilled local fish, and pancetta-wrapped veal.
