Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar, after being selected to head the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s Latino outreach, said Democrats can retake the House of Representatives by increasing Latino turnout.

“Look at the Hispanic turnout,” Cuellar said in an interview. “Because, if you look at it, there’s a lot of seat there where Hispanics comprise either a majority or a good chunk of a congressional district.”
