'Vegas' Moves To Fridays, CBS Keeps 'Golden Boy' On Tuesdays

CBS Shakes Up Schedule

"Vegas" is on the move to Fridays on CBS. The network announced it will keep "Golden Boy" in the Tuesdays, 10 p.m. timeslot it was airing previews in the last two weeks.

This week's upcoming new episode of "Golden Boy" will still air as scheduled on March 8 at 9 p.m. and "Vegas" will move to that Friday timeslot on April 5.

This isn't a great sign for the struggling "Vegas." Its last Tuesday airing had 9.5 million viewers and a 1.5 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. With its ratings are on the low end for CBS, "Vegas," which stars big weights Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis, has been considered on the cancellation bubble.

"Golden Boy," which stars Theo James and Chi McBride, has fared slightly better in the ratings: The new drama averaged about 10 million viewers in its two Tuesday broadcasts and 1.7 rating in adults 18-49.
