Blanchett will also executive produce the project with partners Trudie Styler and Celine Rattray through production company Maven Pictures. The plot centers around "a cartoonist for magazines like The New Yorker and Glamour with a supercharged Manhattan lifestyle who is about to get married but must re-examine her life through wit and her animation when she is diagnosed with breast cancer." The producers are currently meeting with writers for the adaptation, but Deadline reports that the project is now a priority with Blanchett set to star.
