"X-Men: Days of Future Past" boasts an all-star cast: Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Patrick Stewart, Ellen Page, Anna Paquin, James McAvoy, Nicholas Hoult, and Peter Dinklage have all signed on for Bryan Singer's upcoming "X-Men."

But one actor who has yet to make the list? Alan Cumming. Cumming starred in 2003's "X2" but his appearance in "X-Men: Days of Future Past" is unconfirmed.

Singer spoke about Cumming's involvement in February, telling HuffPost Entertainment, "I don't know. We'll see. You know ... we'll see."

On Tuesday, ComingSoon.net reported that Cumming will not appear in the film, writing that the publication "confirmed that Alan Cumming will not be reprising his X2 role of Kurt 'Nightcrawler' Wagner."

However, a conflicting report from Heat Radio includes Cumming as a part of the cast. In an interivew with Heat, cast member McAvoy lists the actors who he is working with for the film and includes Cumming's name.

Singer, who has taken to releasing the news of new cast members on his Twitter page, has yet to confirm or deny Cumming's role in "X-Men."

"X-Men: Days of Future Past" will hit theaters in 2014.
