Scott Walker CPAC: Governor Addresses Conservative Political Action Conference (VIDEO)

Walker Speaks At CPAC

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) addressed the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday, touching on the collective bargaining battle that rocked the Badger State.

"We're the ones who care about education, we're the ones who want our children to go forward," Walker said.

Walker also took a hit at President Barack Obama.

"This president and his allies measure success in government by how many people are dependent on the government," Walker said.
