Thad Matta's No. 2 seed Ohio State Buckeyes will face the No. 15 Iona Gaels in the second round of the 2013 NCAA Tournament in the West Region.
Although they may have been overshadowed by a few of their conference rivals during the regular season, the Buckeyes rose to the top in the Big Ten Tournament. The Gaels secured a spot in the field of 68 by winning the MAAC Tournament.
The winner in this matchup in Dayton on Friday, March 22 will face the Notre Dame-Iowa State winner in the third round.
