Kim Richards' #nofilter Challenge: 'RHOBH' Star Talks New Year's Resolutions, Dating Deal-Breakers And What Embarrasses Her Kids

Has Kim Richards Ever Lied On A Job Application?

These days, our knowledge of celebrities too often originates with paparazzi images and snarky quotes by anonymous "insiders." After a while, it's easy to forget that stars are real people. That's why HuffPost Celebrity decided to launch its all-new #nofilter quick-fire question-and-answer series. Because how well do you know someone until they've shared their guiltiest pleasures?

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards stopped by HuffPost Live on Monday to talk about the show, how she feels about living her life on-camera and battling alcoholism while on TV. But HuffPost Celebrity snagged something a bit more lighthearted out of Richards, too, in our #nofilter questionnaire.

What do you think of Honey Boo Boo?
I think she's cute.

Have you read "Fifty Shades of Grey"?
No, I have not.

What's the dumbest thing you've ever read about yourself?
I don't really read a lot about myself.

What's a New Year's resolution that you're never able to keep?
I kept it this year.

What is it?
Well, I used to occasionally smoke a little cigarette here and there, and I don't anymore. Now I actually am using the electronic cigarette. When I really want the puff of a cigarette, I just go for the electronic. It was always -- I, like, used to puff on a cigarette sometimes. No, not anymore. Over. Done. It was a cigarette, but not anymore. There, cat's out of the bag! Boom!

If your friend was getting married and you thought it was a mistake, would you say so?
Yes, I would.

Have you ever lied on a job application?
No, I haven't. Because I haven't applied for a job.

If you found Donald Trump's wallet on the street, would you return it to him?
Yes, I would.

"This is 40."

What's always on your DVR?
"Revenge."

What's your dating deal-breaker?
Well, I think if you have bad breath -- [the HuffPost Live host] just said it -- I'm sorry. I can't do bad breath.

Do you have an item from your childhood wardrobe that you wish you could wear now?
Yeah. I have it.

What is it?
It's a pair of jeans.

What movie or song are you embarrassed to say you like?
Oh, it's Kool and the Gang. I don't know the song. My kids like it. They're like, "Mom, are you serious?"
