One Missouri man has let himself stumble down a very rocky road.
Police say that Andrew Steven Jung -- a self described "ice cream junkie" -- busted into a church freezer to get his fix of the sweet stuff, the Post-Dispatch reports.
Jung, 24, was reportedly intoxicated (not by sugar rush) on March 8 when he allegedly burglarized the St. Peters Catholic Church in St. Charles. Authorities investigating the incident discovered the church freezer had been tampered with and an unspecified amount of ice cream was missing.
It was "pretty easy" to link Jung to the break-in, however, according to the Riverfront Times. Police found him wandering approximately three blocks from the house of worship, his face and clothes stained with ice cream. They also found Jung's baseball cap at the scene.
Jung -- who apparently knows where to locate his vice -- is currently on probation for a second church burglary offense, according to the Associated Press.
According to its website, the church welcomes "all visitors that come during the many religious and civic festivals" -- not stealing their ice cream is mostly implied.
Jung is charged with burglary, stealing and property damage.
