The eight teams who survived the Sweet 16 will not have much time to rest or celebrate. The regional finals in the 2013 NCAA Tournament begin on Saturday and wrap up on Sunday.

A pair of teams (currently) hailing from the Big East get the Elite Eight underway on Saturday afternoon. The regional finals conclude with a blockbuster game between No. 1 Louisville and No. 2 Duke in the Midwest Region.
