Jessica Pare Terrified By The Return Of 'Bad' Don Draper On 'Mad Men'

The Return Of 'Bad Don' On 'Mad Men'

"Bad Don" is back and though "Mad Men" fans might be excited, Jessica Pare is terrified.

“People want to see the Bad Don come back. As an audience member, I get it," Pare told the New York Post. "As the woman who plays Megan Draper, I’m terrified."

The Season 5 finale of "Mad Men" ended with a woman approaching Don (Jon Hamm) asking if he's alone, leading viewers to believe he'll return to his philandering ways.

Hamm told reporters, including The Huffington Post, that he has some hopes for Don. "I wish for him to find peace and more balance and/or happiness. Don’s life has been one out of balance for quite some time and not to get too 'Life of Pi' on anyone ... we find out more in Season 6 about why Don is how he is and why Don does what he does," Hamm said. "And his house is built on a weak foundation. He’s a fundamentally damaged and broken guy. I guess I would wish for him to buy something to fix that foundation and then work on the house. Don’t work on the house first. Work on the foundation first. "

"Mad Men" Season 6 premieres Sunday, April 7 at 9 p.m. ET with a special two-hour episode.
