Earlier this week, Redditor Fyrefish posted a photo of a sliced-and-diced home on St. Patrick Street in Toronto. Our first thought? What an incredibly crafty way to split up the assets in a divorce! Take a look below:

So what's the real story behind this unusual home? Over on the site blogTO, Chris Bateman did some digging and found out that the St. Patrick Street house was once part of a row of six matching properties. Beginning in 1957, a development company began buying the matching properties, but it was never able to secure what's now 54 1/2 St. Patrick.
