The new mom, who gave birth to her son Luca a year ago, donned super tight skinny jeans, a tank top and ankle boots, proving that motherhood hasn't stopped her from staying in tip-top shop.
The 25-year-old has been working out like crazy since welcoming her baby boy last March. According to Us Weekly, she owes credit to rigorous Pilates classes and to Gabe Johns, a Los Angeles-based personal trainer and boxing instructor.
