If you're sedentary all of the time, it's likely that you'll suffer from back pain. When celebrity fitness trainer Simone De La Rue met with me on Mondays With Marlo, she suggested that you get up from your chair as often as you can in the office and put a cushion on the back of your seat. Simone made another interesting point -- oftentimes when your back hurts, you need to strengthen your core by doing sit-ups and ab work.
