When Addiction Specialist & Lifestyle Interventionist Brad Lamm joined me on Mondays With Marlo, he explained his interesting philosophy on losing weight. He explained that when you overcome drug and alcohol addiction, you take it one day at a time. As time goes by, you have a decade of sobriety behind you. Brad suggested that you take the same approach with weight loss. Just aim for 10 pounds at a time. Make smaller goals and you'll gain momentum.
