Sherri Shepherd's No-Gym Workout

We're used to seeing Sherri Shepherd in the studio as part of her job as a host of The View, but it doesn't mean the actress and comedian doesn't also like the great outdoors.

With the help a trainer three days a week, Shepherd gets moving in her local park, performing lunges up concrete stairs, tricep dips on park benches and even a fun, yet challenging cha-cha step.

Even if you don't have a trainer, there's no need to join a gym to break a sweat. Relying on your nearest park can still provide an enjoyable and effective fitness challenge. There are some very good health benefits to exercising outdoors like better focus and more energy, so why not give it a shot?
