Helena Bonham Carter Vogue UK Cover Is Porcelain Perfection (PHOTOS)

PHOTO: Helena Bonham Carter Needs To Cover More Magazines!

While we usually see her with uncontrollable hair in bug-eyed film roles, Helena Bonham Carter looks good on glossy paper. The gothic actress took on a new role for Vogue UK's July issue: cover girl.

Helena flexes her photogenic muscle in disheveled looks on the regular (see: Harry Potter, Les Miserables, Fight Club... we could go on), but Vogue UK gave the 47-year-old a slicked-back coif for its "Ageless Style" issue, highlighting her perfect porcelain complexion and expressive eyes.

The magazine refers to Helena's "own brand of theatrical, bohemian - and sometimes eccentric - glamour," and they're right on target. She's starred in a Marc Jacobs campaign and even appeared in Vogue UK before, yet she stays unfailingly true to her unique, un-Hollywood look.

Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot, the accompanying editorial does include offbeat accessories, at least. Do you like how Helena looks smoothed down, or should she stick to her signature frizzy style?
