How to keep cool at a sweaty fest while still looking cool? Model and concertgoer Jessica White has found a solution. White wore completely cut-up jeans so shredded it might be more accurate to call them fringed. While the crotch and waistband of White's heavily distressed denim remained intact, the legs were cut into ribbons, fluttering in whatever summer breeze might have rolled through.
