Lost Wedding Ring Sold At Garage Sale Has Been Found

This Ring Has Been On AAdventure

Earlier this week, the story of a man who accidentally sold his wife's $23,000 wedding ring for $10 at a garage sale went viral. But we are happy to report that the story has a happy ending.

Los Angeles local news station KABC reported Friday that the ring has been safely returned to its owner.

Racquel Cloutier put her ring into a jewelry box before she went to the hospital last month to deliver her baby. But she didn't tell her husband, and he sold the jewelry box a week later at a garage sale.

The woman who bought the box gave it to her daughter and son-in-law, who found the ring inside and returned it to Cloutier.

After finding a wedding ring on the beach in Ireland last month, two women are also trying to do the right thing by searching for its owner. Another couple returned a wedding ring they found on a soccer field last month by reaching out to their local newspaper for help.
