Oliver Blasts Media: 'Stop Guessing, News Is Not A Game Show'

If the government knows everything about us thanks to its vast surveillance program, why does it seem like "they couldn't find the front of a human centipede if their mouth was sewn to its ass."

That's what John Oliver ultimately wanted to know on Monday's "Daily Show." But first of all, there was the matter of all that "where in the world is Edward Snowden" media coverage.

"Stop guessing! News is not a game show! You don't win a car if you happen to be right. Although if it was like a game show at least when you got everything wrong you would not be invited back the next day."

Watch Oliver give the U.S. government and the media equal helpings of British sass above.
