Heather Locklear And Jane Seymour Make Out On 'Franklin & Bash' (VIDEO)

It was a TV hookup we never expected on “Franklin & Bash.” Colleen (Jane Seymour) laid one on Rachel (Heather Locklear).

“Mom? Mom! ... What was that?" Bash (Mark-Paul Gossellaar) said.

“I was just trying to jolt you, make you see that you’re open to your sexuality,” Colleen explained.

The makeout was prompted by Rachel's confession that she hadn’t had sex in six years. Luckily Seymour's character, a sex surrogate, was there to save the day.

Seymour told The Hollywood Reporter that she loves working on the show, and that Locklear brings a “fresh” angle to the new season. She also told The Wrap she thinks the kiss is one of the show's funniest scenes ever, but stayed mum on whether or not Heather’s a good kisser.
