Just nine days after returning home to Georgia from Afganistan, First Lt. Ariel Castro had something special he wanted to ask his girlfriend of two years, Cherie Byron.
On Sunday, the two went to Turner Field to watch the Atlanta Braves take on the Arizona Diamondbacks as part of a Tribute to the Troops event put on by the Braves and Fox Sports South, Fox Sports reported Sunday. After playfully punching Castro on the arm, Byron said, "Yes."
