The New Jersey Devils stole the show with their final selection in the 7th round of the NHL Draft at the Prudential Center.
Sharing a sentimental moment in front of a roaring crowd, Devils' President Lou Lamoriello allowed star goalie Martin Brodeur to announce the 208th overall pick. The 41-year-old, who has spent 20 seasons with New Jersey and is currently entering the final year of his contract, smiled as he announced his son's name for the team's final selection.
"The Devils are proud to select from Shattuck-St. Mary's, Anthony Brodeur."
