"The Good Wife" is continuing to grow its Season 5 cast with the addition of Ben Rappaport.
According to TVLine, Rappaport will play one of the fourth-year attorneys who is leaving Lockhart/Gardner to join Cary (Matt Czuchry) and Alicia (Julianna Margulies) at their new firm. Look for him to recur.
Viewers will recognize Rappaport from the short-lived NBC series "Outsourced" and "Elementary." He's not the only new face for "The Good Wife" Season 5. "Hunted" star Melissa George has joined the cast in a recurring capacity as Marilyn, Governor Peter Florrick's (Chris Noth) in-house ethics counsel. Juliet Rylance has also been cast in a recurring role as Holly, an Assistant State's Attorney and potential love interest for Kalinda (Archie Panjabi).
In addition to the new recurring players, Zach Grenier, who has played David Lee on "The Good Wife" since the first season, was made a series regular. There's also been talk of Carrie Preston returning as Elsbeth Tascioni and Nathan Lane as Clarke Hayden.
