You could call this stunt a funny prank, but after watching it you might find yourself utterly depressed.
Political activist Mark Dice took to the boardwalk in California to ask strangers on the street if they would "support President Obama" by signing his petition to "repeal the Bill of Rights." As absurd as that sounds, many people gladly sign the paper even without a convincing argument from Dice (other than him casually saying that "we don't need it anymore"). But don't worry, Dice assures them that if it was repealed, that oh-so-important 3rd Amendment would still stand.
