Nelson Mandela's Grandchildren On Family Conflict: 'It's Difficult For Us To Deal With' (VIDEO)

WATCH: Mandela's Granddaughters Open Up About Family Drama

Nelson Mandela's granddaughters Swati Dlamini & Zaziwe Dlamini-Manaway spoke with HuffPost Live's Marc Lamont Hill from Johannesburg to discuss the former South African president's health condition and the state of their family.

The sisters opened up about the friction with one of their cousins, a grandson of Mandela, who moved the bodies of three of Mandela's children from their original grave sites.

Fifteen family members took the issue to court, where the bodies were ordered to return to Qunu, Mandela's hometown. The conflict led to a statement from retired archbishop Desmond Tutu in which he said the bickering among family was "almost like spitting in Madiba's face."

Dlamini and Dlamini-Manawa said they are "not proud" of what has transpired, but that the family is "closer than ever" despite the troubles.
