'Suits' Premiere: Bromance May Be Done For Good

After a bromance lasting years, it looks like things are officially done between Mike and Harvey. The "Suits" season premiere saw the pair further apart than ever. Mike has screwed up plenty of times in the past, but his latest mistake was not trusting Harvey.

Mike was coming from a place of having been threatened by Jessica, which is specifically why he didn't tell Harvey about it. But when Harvey found out anyway, things went from tense to near-impossible. Mike tried to apologize, but Harvey was having none of it. It was too late now. Mike had gone too far down the rabbit hole of lies.

Even knowing it was Jessica meant nothing to Harvey. "I don’t care!" he told Mike. "Anyone comes at you with any threat at all, you come to me ... You tell me everything! That’s what g*dd*mn loyalty is!”

Was this just another teachable moment, or was this incident between the two men somehow different? Buddy TV doesn't see a lot of hope for reconciliation. "Unlike their squabbles in the past, this one was going to take more time and effort to repair, if it's even possible," they wrote. TV.com compared Mike's conflict to a kid just wanting their parents to stop fighting. Mike is torn between Harvey and Jessica, while Harvey seems to be pushing him to Jessica.

The new season of "Suits" continues on USA, Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET. (In Canada, you can catch it on Bravo on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET.)
