For Jimmy Kimmel, having a wedding wasn't just about celebrating the beginning of his new life with writer Molly McNearney -- it was about scoring some household appliances.
In his first show back since the July 13 wedding, the late night host joked, "The reason I got married is I needed a panini maker and it seemed like the cheapest way to get it."
The newlywed funnyman cracked several other wedding jokes throughout his monologue.
"I would like to give a special thanks to everyone at the Extended Stay in Pomona who made us feel so welcome. Thank you. Thank you for the late check out."
