Ever feels like email is ruining your life? Anil Aggarwal, the founder and chairman of Money 2020, an event focused on emerging payments and financial services, shared his tips with HuffPost Live Tuesday on how to keep your inbox under control.

"The first thing I do is always get my email box down to zero at the end of the day," Aggarwal told HuffPost Live host Marc Lamont Hill.

When Hill himself admitted to having north of 19,000 unread emails, Aggarwal urged him to prioritize email, even when it feels like too much to handle.

"Email is how you communicate with people," Aggarwal said. "Those are 19,000 plus non-responses to people that have reached out to you. And business does ultimately come down to people and communicating well with them."
