When we usually think of how long it takes to build a home, 14 years seems a little, well, ridiculous. But as we see with the Sullivan House Residence in Auckland, New Zealand, which did indeed take that long to build, sometimes the wait is well worth it.

According to The Pinnacle List, this stunning home has a two-level main house with a detached guesthouse along with a tennis court and swimming pool. Although we don't see much of the interior, it's clear from the few images we do see that this home has a modern and clean look that travels effortlessly throughout the house.
