Marrakech, Morocco Home Featured In Elle Decor Is An Exotic Dream Come True (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Inside An Exotic Moroccan Bungalow

In the September issue of Elle Decor, we are completely transported to a place of exotic wonder when we look at Caitlin and Samuel Dowe-Sandes' amazing Marrakech, Morocco home.

The American couple has made their 1,000-square-foot bungalow into an eclectic space that might be small in space, but is totally big on design. By filling the home with antiques like the stunning 1930s French armchairs in the study and American artwork, they have made a house that's part Parisian living and part Art Deco.

The most amazing feature of this place is the incredible tiling throughout each room. The couple mixed different patterns and colors but still maintained a unified look. "It's a small space, and we were not afraid of going pattern crazy, but we wanted it to feel cohesive. We also wanted to use new designs and not just fall back on old favorites," Caitlin said.

Scroll through our slideshow to see the home, and be sure to head over to Elle Decor for more information.
