2013-14 Bowl Game Projections

With the opening kickoff to the 2013 college football season just over a week away, let's take a look at my preseason bowl projections for the 2013-14 postseason.

As always, of course, these projections are subject to change — especially because these were some of the most difficult predictions in recent memory.
