What better way to kick off the 2013 NFL season than with a complete list of unsubstantiated power rankings?

The questions abound: How healthy is RG3's knee? How will the newly minted head coaches make their mark and, more specifically, just how many plays will Chip Kelly and the Eagles run per game? And how will Tom Brady and the once-mighty New England offense respond after the firestorm that was their offseason?
