Miley Cyrus claims she doesn't pay attention to the backlash, but she wanted to be one step ahead of a photographer with whom she had a run-in.
On Wednesday, Cyrus took to Twitter to break the news herself:
Just called this paparazzi a CUNT. So before he makes breaking "news" out if it. Ill just say it. Ha-Ha #CUNT

The 20-year-old pop star is a paparazzi cash cow, and is hounded by photographers 24/7. Not surprisingly, she's not on the best of terms with the men and women who follow her every move. Back in June, Cyrus was caught on camera lashing out after a pap asked her if she was pregnant and Cyrus replied, "No, I'm f*cking sick, you b*tch!"
The former "Hannah Montana" star has a long history of problems with the paps, and we're pretty sure she's dealt with them in more creative ways than name calling. In January, we were genuinely amused when she turned the tables on one photographer by filming him, while he was snapping photos as she was walking her dog.
You'd think the paps would learn not to mess with Miley after she completely unloaded on one photog because he accidentally bumped into her mother, Tish, in 2011:
"Are you serious? You just hit my mom with your camera! You just ran into my mom with your camera. Don't you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don't you ever even think about it!" Cyrus yelled at the man.
Seems like some people never learn. Oh wait. They want to provoke that kind of reaction? You don't say.
