Aside from her mental commitment, she decided that there wouldn't be any cheat days on her diet. She looked at all of the moments that she had been derailed on former diets, and decided that this was the best course of action for her. If you are rewarding healthy eating with bad foods, it is akin to an alcoholic celebrating a month of sobriety with a beer! It's easier to just abstain from these diet busters altogether.
