Kitchen Ideas For Bread Lovers

I'm a carboholic. I love carbohydrates of any kind, but if I could have only one refined kind, bread (as part of a diet that includes copious amounts of vegetables, fruits, proteins and healthy fats, of course) would be just fine with me. Given that bread dates back some 30,000 years, I'm not alone in my passion.
