Plant Fire Sparks Evacuations In Oklahoma

A massive fire followed by explosions at an oilfield chemical plant prompted evacuations near Thomas, Okla., early Thursday morning, News9.com reported.

Multiple agencies, including the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the Thomas Police Department and Emergency Management, have responded to assist the Thomas Fire Department in containing the blaze at the Danlin Industries plant 90 minutes northwest of Oklahoma City, KOCO.com reported.

At the time of this writing, there have been no reports of injuries or deaths. Cause of the blaze is also unknown.
