Howard Buffett puts the phone down as he exits the John Deere combine on the farm he personally owns and operates. A true agrarian to the core, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I knew it would be interesting to chat with Howard and find out what motivated him to write his book “40 Chances” (out October 22).

I always find it a great honor to speak with people who dedicate their lives to the service of others and Howard truly lives up to that standard.
