Jennifer Hudson And Julianne Hough Prove One Dress Can Work For All (PHOTOS)

When high-fashion clothing walks the runway on skinny models, it's easy to wonder aloud: Will anyone actually be able to wear that?

The answer is yes -- even women with very different styles and shapes. Julianne Hough and Jennifer Hudson proved this perfectly in a Peter Pilotto Fall 2013 dress, which J-Hud wore onstage at the Walter Kaitz Dinner 30th Anniversary Gala on Wednesday evening and Julianne sported back in April at a British Fashion Council event.

The dress was actually worn first by Jourdan Dunn at London Fashion Week this past winter. Jourdan, Julianna and Jennifer all have distinct personal styles, not to mention different figures. But this dress manages to look interesting and appealing on all of them.

Moral of the story? Next time you see your friend wearing a cute dress and you sigh enviously, "I'd never be able to wear that," take a second and remind yourself: You totally can.
