Jake Tapper Says Obama Is 'In An Untenable Position'

Jake Tapper described President Obama on Monday as being in an "untenable position" when it comes to Obamacare.

Tapper spoke after Obama's speech on Monday about the problems with the Obamacare website.

Obama blamed many of the delays on the "overwhelming" number of people who have visited the website, admitting that the website "hasn’t worked as smoothly as it was supposed to work."

Tapper said that the president was between a rock and a hard place.

"He's in an untenable position," Tapper said on CNN. "He wants to have people sign up, he gave out the 800 number, but at the same time there are serious problems and tens of millions of Americans who need to get on these exchanges because there is a Federal mandate that they sign up for insurance by next March, but are having trouble doing so."
