During a Veterans Day ceremony in Madison Square Park on Monday, Mayor Michael Bloomberg was briefly interrupted by a protester dressed in combat uniform.
The protestor was recorded shouting, “Fuck you! Power to the people!” before being quickly removed by security.
Bloomberg, who is no stranger to booing and heckling of all kinds, played it cool.
“Okay. Thank you, sir. We appreciate that. Okay that's okay, " he responded unruffled.
Bloomberg then added, "Let me just point out something. In no other country could somebody do that. Just remember that."
