Rachel Maddow had a new favorite thing in the world on Wednesday: an ABC News headline that almost got her jumping out of her chair.
The "best" new thing in the world today, according to Maddow, was a headline written by ABC News about a recent video she participated in about the Gettsyburg Address. Among other things, the video featured every living president reciting parts of the address, along with other celebrities, including Maddow.
Maddow was bowled over, though, by the way ABC News chose to frame the video.
"After getting all the living presidents to participate, sitting members of Congress, the head of the National Park service," she began. "Here is the headline about this project posted on the website of ABC News:"
"Look at this! This is so great!" Maddow shouted while clapping. "Repeating our top story: TAYLOR SWIFT (and all 5 living presidents) Recite The Gettysburg Address."
