Since two may not be enough to call it a trend, we're going to just go ahead and call these recent real estate listings we spotted a "thing."
On the market in Boca Raton, Florida is this 23,000-square-foot lakeside abode that the Senada Team at Douglas Elliman real estate has billed as "a yachter's dream," for its waterfront location. But with a 9-car garage and, the real draw, a "free" Rolls Royce Phantom included in the asking price, Villa Bella Lago, as it's called, could easily also be a car-lover's dream, too.
"As you can imagine, we've had a really rough six or seven years and even the ultra wealthy were not spending money," Boca Raton realtor Senada Adzem told NBC affiliate WPTV. To up the ante for potential buyers, the owner of the home is throwing in what Adzem describes as "not just a car," but "the car."
Last month, a homeowner in Ottawa, Canada took a similar approach, including a two-year lease on a Jaguar F-Type with the sale of their home.
