When you don't have the time or money to travel, the Internet can always provide an alternative in the form of vicarious vacation experiences. On that note, click play to take in the time-lapse sights and sounds of "Seattle and the Pacific Northwest" above.
The wondrous work of sights and sounds was created by Larry Gorlin who writes:
They say it's gloomy, it's cloudy, it's wet, I say it's paradise. I’ve been in The Pacific Northwest about three years now and have fallen head over heels for the place. This timelapse video is the first of what I hope to be many visual projects exploring the region and - at the very least - getting me out of the house.
Along with adding all of these locations to our future travel destination itinerary, we honestly can't wait to see what happens when Gorlin gets out of the house next!
