Putting together an amazing outfit when you don't have a wardrobe stylist, makeup artist or hairstylist can be pretty tricky. But for the celebrities with personal glam squads who still miss the mark, we have two words of advice: Fire them.

Zosia Mamet
It is true that your eyebrows are what frames your face, and when they are poorly filled-in or groomed like Mamet's, it throws everything else off. The "Girls" star's heavy eye makeup and dry, parched hair also distract from her chic floral pants ensemble.
Ginnifer Goodwin
We love a great jumpsuit, but Goodwin's heavy foundation and bright blush were too much to take in with the graphic black and white print. She would've been good to go with just the winged eyeliner and and purple lip color.
Hailee Steinfeld
This colorful House of Holland dress is a fun and flirty number for the young actress, but she went a bit overboard with the navy smokey eyeshadow that is brushed up to her brow bone.
Emeli Sandé
Sandé's golden complexion looks washed out from wearing a highlighter/concealer shade that's too light. It doesn't help that her face is practically the same color as her blonde hair, and her lower half appears more bronzed because of her red and black minidress.
Hannah Bronfman
We love that Bronfman isn't afraid to rock the colored eyebrow runway trend on the red carpet. But it seems haphazard with this pink retro-inspired frock and strappy sandals.
Pixie Geldolf
This silver thin strapped dress is super sexy! We just don't understand why the British model and socialite wore it with gray eyeshadow, messy wine lipstick and those gold hoop earrings...
Lil Mama
Lil Mama has really turned up the glam in 2013, but the rapper-turned-actress should ditch the neon green hair and spidery false lashes.
Bérénice Marlohe
Everything about this red lace ensemble was smoking hot... until we fixed our gaze on Marlohe's matchy eye makeup. The Bond girl could have skipped smudging her eyelids with the hazy red and black hues.
Jada Pinkett Smith
Jada Pinkett Smith's rock-mom approved hair is awesome! What's not so stellar is how her bronze makeup and shaved sides of her head turn into a muddle mess with the gold detailing on her dress.
