Celebrity fitness trainer Joel Harper is an advocate of keeping your body and mind well hydrated, and he had a few great tips to share with us.
Joel recommends scattering your water intake throughout the day so that your body can gradually adjust to the fluid levels. "We aren't camels!" he laughed.
Though the exact amount of water required is different for everyone, Joel has a great trick to calculate just how much H20 your body needs. As a rule of thumb, take your body weight, divide that number in half, and drink that amount of water in ounces every day, he advises.
