Train Masturbator Harasses British Woman; Police Release Photo Of The Act

British police are seeking the public's help after a woman snapped a photo of a man masturbating on a busy train.

The man played with himself and harassed a 24-year-old female passenger, according to a British Transport Police press release. The two were on a train between Cardiff and Ystrad Rhondda in south Wales.

The perp got away, but not before the victim got evidence (photo below). Now authorities are trying to hunt down the suspect, who's described as white, in his late 20s or early 30s, 5-foot-6, of stocky build and "rugged appearance."

He was wearing black jogging pants, a navy shirt over a white T-shirt, and a grey and black hat with earflaps.

"During the course of the journey, she [the 24-year-old woman], was subjected to lewd behavior by a male passenger, who later performed an indecent act on himself," BTP Det. Mark Cleland said in the release. "This was, quite understandably, a traumatic and extremely upsetting experience for the victim."
