The Workbed Lets You Sleep Where You Work (And Vice Versa)

The Workbed Lets You (Literally) Sleep On The Job

If you don't feel tied to your desk enough as is, then wait 'til you see this product. Thanks to the Berlin-based experimental design group BLESS, you can now literally sleep where you work (and vice versa) with the push of a button. Known as the "Workbed" and designed as part of their No. 33 Artistcare collection, the piece is able "to be transformed by a rotating system from a bed into a big table" in order "to make the two functions co-existing in one room."

And while the furniture does let you take a power nap to help the creative juices flow, when something stems from the desire to create a comfortable sleep and workspace in one, we can't help but feel a little skeptical. Yes, there are two "separate modes," but if you ask us, it seems less of the "perfect solution for small, urban living" and more of a guaranteed way to never really escape the office. Especially since you're, well, always sleeping on the job...
